* Certificates will be charged at cost over and above our agreed fees 

Fees and charges:

Our charges are based on an hourly rate of £25.00 sterling.

We are happy to assist those of you who need some help in getting started on your family research so we do not insist on a minimum number of hours, so that we can be available to everyone that has an interest.

When engaging us for a full family history research we will be happy to agree an initial number of hours with you so that you can check on our progress and we will report to you on a regular basis.

A non-refundable deposit of an agreed amount will be taken before any research is commenced and fees can be paid by way of Cheque, Cash or by PayPal.

On-going work will be invoiced and all research materials including certificates and any other documents will remain our property until fees and other charges are settled in full.

Any additional costs such as travelling or other disbursements will be discussed and agreed with you before being undertaken.
